Terms of use

These terms cover this website and, when it opens, the fee3 marketplace. They are a draft for a solicitor to settle before buying and selling is opened widely. The contact address is hello@fee3.co.uk.

This launch site

You can read these pages and send a form. Sending a form does not create an account, a listing, or a sale. We use what you send only as the privacy notice describes.

No fees to buyers or sellers

Buyers pay fee3 nothing. Private sellers pay fee3 nothing to list, renew, enquire, or accept a dealer bid. fee3 is funded by optional introductions to partners. Using a partner is your choice.

The price you see is the price you pay

Every live listing must show the real price of the car. A seller must not add an administration fee, a preparation fee, or any other compulsory extra at the point of sale that was not in the advertised price. Optional products, such as a warranty the buyer asks for, are separate and must be described as optional. fee3 can hide or remove a listing that breaks this rule.

We are not the seller

The contract for the car is between the buyer and the seller, or between a private seller and the dealer whose bid they accept. fee3 does not inspect the car, transfer the money, or promise that a vehicle is as described. See the car and the documents before you pay.

Selling to dealers

A seller can open a dealer-only sale for a short window, normally 24 to 48 hours. Verified dealers can bid. The seller may accept or decline any bid. Accepting a bid shares contact details so the two sides can arrange an inspection and collection. It is not, by itself, a completed sale, and there is no fee either way.

Your listing

You confirm that you have the right to offer the vehicle, that it is not stolen, and that the description is honest. We can refuse, hide, or remove a listing. Category A and B write-offs, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and scam patterns are rejected. Some listings are held for review.

Search order

Cars are ordered by the sort you choose: newest, price, mileage, or distance. fee3 does not sell a higher position in the results.

Partners

Finance and insurance introductions, where shown, are not advice. fee3 does not arrange credit or insurance and does not handle client money. Any monthly figure is an illustration. The partner is responsible for the product on their own site.
